Atracting Next Gen users. The behavior outlined was interesting but not unexpected - there were several ideas mentioned that might be worth pursuit.
"if only there were a Google like search for the library's collections".
Perhaps if we could develop customization tools for our users.....

What about a tools that focus on a target group - like 1st year college students or job seekers? Student search styles were discussed but the solutions should apply to other targets as well.
